Neon Apex ("the game") is developed by Marsala Yazılım A.Ş. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles and why.

Data stored on your device

Your progress (chapters, stars, skills, crystals, cosmetics, missions, settings and replays of your own runs) is saved only on your device. We do not run game servers, there is no sign-in, and we never receive this data. Deleting the game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game offers optional rewarded video ads: on the result screen you can choose to watch an ad to double the crystals of that run. Ads are shown only when you tap that button. They are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.).

When an ad is requested, Google's SDK may collect and process: your IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), device and app information (such as device model, OS version, language, app version), the Identifier for Vendors, ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, video completion) and diagnostic data. This is used to deliver and measure ads, limit ad frequency and prevent fraud. The game does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so it does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads can be shown. Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings.

No analytics, no accounts

The game contains no analytics SDK of our own, no social login and no chat. We do not sell personal data.

Purchases

Neon Crystals are earned by playing. The game currently has no real-money purchases. If we add them, payments will be processed by Apple through the App Store (we never see your payment details) and this policy will be updated before they go live.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are requested with a general-audience (G) content rating.

Legal basis and your rights

For users in the EEA/UK, ad personalisation relies on your consent; contextual ad delivery and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interest. Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may request access, correction or deletion and object to processing. Since we hold no personal data on our own servers, most requests are fulfilled by deleting the game or by Google's controls; for anything else write to info@marsalasoft.com.
